bh999 is a trusted online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh. Both new and experienced players often have many questions. The most frequently asked questions about welcome bonus terms, deposit methods, account creation, live dealer games, and the mobile play experience are organised below into five categories. If your question is not here, our 24/7 support team is always ready to help.
Welcome Bonus
When you open an account at bh999 for the first time and make your first deposit, the welcome bonus is added to your account automatically — no code entry or separate application needed. You get a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, your bonus will be ৳1,500 and your total balance will be ৳2,500.
The wagering requirement at bh999 is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on your own deposited funds. You need to wager the bonus amount 10 times before you can withdraw the bonus money. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus received on a ৳1,000 deposit, you need to complete a total of ৳15,000 in wagers. After that, you will be able to withdraw your winnings from the bonus.
Slots, fishing games, and most casino games generally count in full toward the wagering requirement. Live dealer games and sports betting may count at a specific ratio. To find out exactly how much each game contributes while your bonus is active, contact our live chat support — they will give you the correct information.
Yes, you can cancel your bonus if you wish. However, cancelling the bonus also removes any winnings earned from the bonus up to that point. Only your own deposited amount will remain intact. The benefit of cancelling a bonus is that you no longer need to meet the wagering requirement and you can withdraw your own funds directly.
bh999 bonuses have a set expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled. Contact our live chat support for accurate information about the current expiry period — they can tell you how much time is left on your bonus.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at bh999 is just ৳100 for every method. This means whether you send money via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer, you can start from as little as ৳100. This low limit is especially helpful for new players.
bh999 currently supports four deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank can be used. The minimum deposit is the same for all methods — ৳100.
To deposit with Nagad, log in to bh999, go to the deposit section, and select Nagad. Follow the instructions to send money to the specified Nagad number and save the transaction reference number (transaction ID). The money is usually credited to your account within a few minutes. If there is any issue, contact support with that ID.
Sometimes there may be a short delay due to network lag. Wait 15–20 minutes after sending the money and refresh the page. If it still does not show, contact us via live chat or email ([email protected]) with your mobile banking transaction reference number and a screenshot — you will get a quick resolution.
bh999 does not charge any deposit fee of its own. However, if bKash, Nagad, or Rocket have their own transaction charges, those may apply according to the terms of your mobile banking app — that is the policy of those service providers, not bh999. There is no additional platform charge for bank transfers either.

To open an account at bh999, sign up by filling in your details on the site's registration form. Keep in mind that this platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Registering with accurate information will make it easy to verify your account and you will have no issues withdrawing funds later.
No, only one account per player is allowed at bh999. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in those accounts being cancelled and all balances and bonuses being lost. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, get help via live chat — there is no need to open a new account.

Yes, you can log in to bh999 from any device. When logging in from a new device for the first time, an extra verification step may appear for security reasons. A verification code may be sent to your registered email or phone number. Entering that code will complete the login successfully.
To create a strong password, use at least 8 characters — combining uppercase letters (A-Z), lowercase letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), and special characters (!@#$) makes it more secure. It is best to avoid easily guessable information such as your date of birth or name in your password.
Live Dealer Games
In live dealer games, a real dealer runs the game from a professional studio and you watch it through a live video stream. You place your bets by clicking on the betting spots on the screen, and the dealer uses real cards or dice to run the game. It is not a computer algorithm — it is a fully human and real experience.
Yes, both Teen Patti and Andar Bahar are available at bh999. Teen Patti is a popular South Asian card game played with three cards — the goal is to build a stronger hand than the dealer. Andar Bahar is simpler — one card is shown and you bet on whether the next card of the same value will appear on the left (Andar) or right (Bahar) side.
bh999 has different limits for different live tables. There are various options ranging from low-stakes tables to high-limit tables. New players are advised to start at a low-limit table. To find out the limits for a specific table, check directly in the game lobby or ask via live chat.
Baccarat is a simple card game where the player (Player) or banker (Banker) — whichever gets a score closer to 9 — wins, or it is a draw if both scores are equal. You simply need to bet on one of the three outcomes. Card values are straightforward: Ace = 1 point, 10–K = 0 points, and the rest are worth their face value. If the total is two digits, only the right digit counts.
Mobile Play
Yes, bh999 is fully optimised for mobile browsers. Opening the site in Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on your Android or iOS phone gives you all the same features as on desktop. Live games, slots, betting — everything can be enjoyed comfortably on mobile.
bh999 runs on Android 5.0 or above and iOS 12 or above. It can be accessed via a web browser on any modern smartphone or tablet. On desktop and laptop, the site works smoothly on all major browsers on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Yes, bh999 can be added to your home screen for easy app-like access. On Android, open Chrome, go to bh999.mom, tap the three-dot menu at the top right, and select "Add to Home Screen". On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap the share icon at the bottom, and select "Add to Home Screen". After that, tapping the icon will take you directly to the site.
One common cause of slow loading is an outdated cache. Go to your browser settings and select "Clear cache and cookies" or "Clear browsing data". Then close the browser and reopen it. Also, using Wi-Fi instead of mobile data makes game streaming smoother. If the problem continues, let us know via live chat.
